About 20 people were injured yesterday after afternoon after the tornado passed in Tembisa.This caused a huge damage in the area including Phumulani mall, Tembisa Hospital and a Total garage.
It is said that about 400 people were left displaced, 100 shacks and 20 houses were damaged.
To try and help, Ekurhuleni established a Joint Operational Centre
